Crashes At the Day Care

Game runs perfect and when i get to the day care part to meet freddy i walk past the two doors and the game just crashes right after the daycare part. I wonder if this needs to be patched or its a bug. Please any one who is experiencing this please help if you found a fix to it.~

just commenting to say I've been having this issue as well- it's crashed 4 times all while the save point is in sight.

I've changed graphics settings, restarted my computer, and installed the new patch but none of it has changed the outcome.

same for me, the game crashes roughly 30 seconds into the daycare section. Anybody find any solutions?

Crashes for me too. I tried running up to the save point and successfully saved, but then my file kept crashing when I tried to reload it.

When it crashes seems to be determined by how far you go into the room I believe? Shortly after where the yellow caution robots are. I've tried 5 separate times now, and nothings changed.

I've tried going around the fountain bit, but that also crashed. I looked at the save file to see if i could move myself to the save point past that, though I couldn't even begin to try to edit it.

I'm having the same issue. If anyone figures out how to fix this please keep me updated! I was having so much fun :(

I tried everything and I just can't progress the game, at least it's good to know I'm not alone there.. same spot and everything.

Having the same issue, thought it was just my PC being terrible. My best guess on solutions is to just wait and see if its fixed in the day one patch.

Mined crashes as when you see the save point and the charging station in the day care so when i pass the bathrooms on the right there is 3 lights with a picture and right after that it crashes.

Same here! I also succesfully saved while having like 11 crashes, and now i also can't load the save file anymore i mean i can but it will just crash with the same error.
Im so happy im not the only one! :/

I crash just a little past the save point. it's because the next room is... gigantic, might be causing issues when its loading in chunks.

This keeps happening to me too and I tried uninstalling the game then reinstalling to see if it would get fixed and it did not. The entire time I've played before reaching the daycare my game has run very smooth with no problems so I'm assuming its some sort of bug? The first time I entered that part of the map I somehow made it all the way to the save point before it crashed, and now I can only make it about half way into the room before it crashes :(
