I am on a part of the game, where I have to pull the levers. The area I'm on is the west arcade. I'm not able to pull the third lever to continue. The third lever is located where DJMM comes out.

I've heard it's possible to get soft locked on the levers. You'll probably have to reload an older save. Hopefully you've been consistently making new save files.

I'm afraid this is where I cant progress either. None of the levers are possible to turn and the mission actually says -1/3 lol... Such a mess of a game, Just gotta wait for an update and hope it solves it.

The third lever isn't in the long corridor...

you need to pull the levers in order. thats why the intercom says "janitorial service, arcade, arcade." first is next to music man. theres one in the bathroom, 2 in the arcade. after that you go down the long corridor and do the last one.
