It really depends...this game's pretty buggy, but it's definitely worth it. I've gone into game development because I really like what Scott Cawthon did, but it just seems like Steel Wool Studios kind of messed up a lot of what he did in releasing games that have so much potential for bugs. As a matter in fact, I heard that they were going to make one of their bugs an actual feature in the game which was to have some green fog or smoke when using the cams or sometimes when you're walking around the Pizzaplex.

Overall, I'd say that this game is a wonderful addition to the series, and that whoever says it's "the worst FNAF game" is just mad because it costs so much and they aren't 100,000,000% satisfied with the whole thing.

No game is going to be perfect except for Scott's first games...but despite some of the little flaws that can be found in this game, it's one of the best things that Steel Wool has ever put out.
idk runs mostly fine ryzen 3600 3060 Ti 32 GB ram.

Yeah, i can surely understand about the perfect Fnaf experience is the FNAF made just by scott himself, and Steel wool did amazing job making it in to giant 3d gaming. Thanks for that.

I just completed this game. The worst part is some severe lag in places, namely between areas in spots that should have loading screens. Sometimes you'll get a bug where enemies spawn on top of you, but only if you get spotted, so... don't get spotted.

Also, play with Mouse and Keyboard. It makes using the cameras and Fazerblaster so much easier.

The game intentionially tries to spawn enemies (if caught by staffbot ea) behind you.
That's not really a bug. The loading between zones can be annoying ,but honestly, iff youré in the zones, its perfectly fine and I did not notice any lag whatsover outside of the few area's that caused zones to load.

I've played the game for maybe over 15 hours total. I would say it's definitely worth it. Even with the bugs... I haven't had one that is game breaking. And the only bug I'd say I experience frequently is being able to squeeze into tight spaces, that isn't really a hiding place to get away from the animatronics. In a way it actually helps you break line of sight when there is nowhere to hide in super open spaces. Don't try to break the game. Play the story in a linear aspect, and while you should explore. Different areas will change look as you progress. Certain areas that are accessible for a LATER reason, are blocked off at earlier points in the game. So, just progress as your BFF Freddy tells you, and it will be A ok!

P.S. Don't let the sweeping robots grab you. The animatronic will basically be teleported to you and you get like 2 seconds to start running. What this does, is if you sneak past the animatronic to a new area. You're like... Huh... all this hiding spots and so much space. It's almost like the Animatronic should be able to come here while I try to progress and find stuff. Yeah bud. It's because they can. LOL! Don't let the robots grab you. Look for save spots, sometimes its hiding behind a door that you walk through and you can miss it.

That sounds like a pretty good system for running Security Breach. Do you use 32GB DDR4 or DDR5?

My CPU does not support DDR5.

Its Corsair vengeance 32gb.

So...DDR4 then?

These are my PC specs:
Motherboard: LGA1700 (latest edition)
CPU: 13th Generation Intel Core i5-1500K CPU
GPU: NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 4060 8GB GDDR6X GPU
RAM: 16GB DDR5 RAM
STORAGE: 500GB SSD + 6TB 7200RPM HDD + 500GB 5400RPM HDD = 7TB STORAGE
POWER SUPPLY: 500W
You still install games to HDDS?........

Where is your NVME?
SouthpawSX Dec 29, 2023 @ 8:52am
I don't have any games on my HDDs. I just have them for storing some other things if I want to. 7200RPM HDDs are still really good and even better than most HDDs in 2023-2025.

SB is my favorite FNAF title to date. It runs great on my older PC, and the few bugs I've bumped into have not been game breaking. If anything, just make new saves frequently and dont overwrite them all.
