Any recommended quality settings?
So, I have a GeForce RTX 3080, I play with Visual Quality on Medium, and RTX on Low, yet it is pretty laggy in some parts, so any recommendations for what quality settings I should use to optimize my game?

just turn off rtx and set quality to ultra. those settings get me 100+ frames and no lag

Play high with RTX off, RTX looks the exact same as without, but lowers fps
Don't use DLSS, as it causes serious ghosting with no real performance benefit
Lastly, with how loading works, there will always be lag spikes regardless of hardware and quality, because the game is made terribly
