you are only able to see the ray tracing option if you have a RTX card, but if you do have a RTX card then it might be a bug, some people have reported that they have a RTX card but it doesn't show any ray tracing option for them.
I have a Radeon RX 6700 XT, one of my friends who also doesn't have the option has a Nvidia 3080, and my friend who does have the option has a low grade nvidia card that couldn't run it.

Yeah, the option won't appear if you have an AMD card. I have the same issue. This game was clearly optimized for nVidia cards, which is always annoying
i see, well crap then.

I know this is an old ass post but the way I got RTX working on my 3060 laptop is you have to connect your PC to a TV or monitor using an HDMI cable and that seems to just activate it, I am assuming it has something to do with the fact that when you use an external monitor, you get 50 more frames for any game because of no bottlenecking between the Integrated graphics and your graphics card. (note: if you try to be slick and disconnect your HDMI cable while RT and DLSS is on, it just deactivates it)

I am assuming you have a laptop with RX because this problem is prevalent to gaming laptops.
I see a few people have been having this issue. I am aware of a few things which one can try in order to overcome this. In fact, I might include this info in a guide. I'll be sure to link you to it once I have completed it.

I have a 3060 laptop and when I've had it plugged into a monitor for a while and still doesn't have an rtx option I don't understand it, did you do anything else?

Did you change the display settings so it’s only outputting on the external monitor?

is there really no way to force-enable ray tracing? like with game launch options or file editing? really sucks not being able to use my 7900 XTX's rt cores.

I know this post is old, but I have a solution if you're all still interested. Go to gamebanana [gamebanana.com] and seach for "Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach" [gamebanana.com], and then search for "SB/RUIN Debug Menu Loader" [gamebanana.com] , follow the install instructions, and then once it is installed, press the "X" key and navigate to the "Other" tab, locate the options under "PS5 Quality" and press the "Visual" option.
DO NOT MESS WITH THE ACTUAL RAY TRACING SETTINGS, THESE WILL REVERT YOUR VISUAL SETTINGS TO THEIR DEFAULT STATE.

This is the only way I was able to get fully ray-traced reflections on my Intel Arc A750, and it runs shockingly smoothly. Hope this helps!
