Gamepad controller issues

There is anybody else who's suffering control problems with a gamepad controller? Both the car and Rania stucks very often when you stop moving the controls. It's a very desperating issue ... However, keyboard seems work OK.

I really like to get a clear picture of this. You are not referring to the camera transitions, during which your input is blocked for a moment, are you? I would ask to make a video clip of it, but it would require your comments so we know when the issue appears.

Same issue here, the controll disconnect and connect every time, but just in the game

Just like everyone else here, it seems like the controller loses connection, and then reconnects. It's very frustrating, and my controller works fine with all my other games.

I think I've found the solution for this problem. In the Steam app settings, i've selected the XBOX configuration for my gamepad. After this, I could play the game without major problems. .

Hi. For those who may still have the issue, I found a solution that worked for me in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BvryPwapLug&ab_channel=NedHELP

This was the only video that I could find that deals with setting up the controller in new steam layout. I just followed his settings, but I think the most important is to install the drivers if they aren't already installed. Hope this helps someone.

I bought the game yesterday and I am having the same issue with a xbox controller. The moment I stop moving the character, whether it is on foot or inside the vehicle, she will stop moving and no matter what I do it won't move for a few seconds, which is incredibly annoying. Options and other controls are still working but the movement simply stops and it happens all the time.
