[City of Ghosts] How do you get too here?

I cant see any lifts, or Parking that leads to either of these two places to pick up the whatever that Fiber is called.

In the second screenshot, There is another room in the club you must access to get to that. It took me a couple of visits to find it.

If that's inside the club Lomo used to run, you need to activate the sidequest with Rania's friend. It's actually not a Ferofiber, so keep on looking elsewhere for the 10 you need.

Oh i have found all the fiber, just annoying seeing loot you "cant" grab

Still can't figure out the first screenshot.

Actually, having looked back over it I am pretty sure that first screenshot is the club with Lomo. The 2nd one looks like that one you have to have the band play a "not jazz" song with Hayse and I've always had access to it as far as I know. In fact the map is clear of collectibles with my playthrough.

Second screenshot: get into the jazz club and on your right there is a door that will lead you to the floor where the loot is (ferrofiber if my memory serves)
