In the DLC when Control asks Rania her political affiliation what does she mean by Neo anarchist anti-capitalist activist?

is it a joke or does it actually mean something?

Even in the base game it's pretty clear she's left-leaning if you talk to all the side quest NPCs. I would hope she's at least exaggerating if she calls herself a "neo anarchist anti-capitalist activist" though (haven't played the DLC). If nothing else, capitalism and anarchism are not quite opposites.

In cyberpunk settings, there is no political compass. There are only poor survivors and rich bastards.
