How long is this game?
I'm losing interest and trying to figure out if I should just power through and complete it or uninstall and move on. The game world is gorgeous but I've learned it's mostly a backdrop that you don't really interact with. Also the dialogue was interesting at the beginning but now it feels like something you have to put up with while aimlessly flying around waiting for the chatter to complete so a new nav point shows up.

I'm 3 hours in and just picked up Huxley after delivering supplies to the moisture farmers. How many hours are left in the game at this point?

You have more than two ways of handling this predicament, but here ill give you three:
A. Just speedrun(rush) main story with little care for consequences or side content.
B. Move on.
IMO I'd keep the game just for the gameplay, but that might not be the main incentive for everyone.

I also don't agree with your opinion of the game.

That's a whole lot of words that don't answer the question stated in the title of the post lol. I'd love to come back and keep playing if there was more gameplay variety or world interaction.

Lol "how long is the game", I answered you better than your question would. I'm sorry that many words overwhelmed you. :lunar2020gigglemonkey:

There’s an isdigit() function joke in there somewhere.

I think I finished it in around 16 hours. I futzed around a little, but not much. Great game. I enjoyed it and am ready for Day 2!

What's the point of asking the same question again? Use search maybe?

I did use search. All the other topics want to know the length of the entire game including side quests, main missions etc. I'm looking for time left in main missions from a specific point in the game. I also tried finding a walkthrough with a mission breakdown but couldn't find one either.

So failing that, I made the post I did. If that annoys you to the point of making an "omg search function" post, that's on you bro.

Your first introduction to Huxley occurs maybe a bit more than a third and not quite half way into the game. As far as gameplay goes, you don't see much more sophistication beyond what you do in the first five minutes. If you are looking for more challenges that way, there aren't many. There is some adventure concerning your HOVA, and Huxley draws you into a world of conspiracy with a couple more missions. That opens up some timed missions that can test your driving skill. Depending on those and the decisions you make can bring you to some unusual vistas (even given how unusual parts of Nivalis already are).

I figure the game is around eight hours long. Eight minus the three you've put in makes six remaining. So I am bad at math, I'm sure you can do better. Really, it depends on how hard you push your missions. Kind of where you are now, depending on how you deal with resources, you could pretty much stop picking up random stuff off the ground, you should have enough money and things to make it through to the end of the game. If you do that, five hours remain. If you pick up things and do side quests, maybe six or seven hours.
