Rania is so unlikeable.
I'm not the only one thinking this, right?

I loved her, well written, a very kind and likeable person

My only question is, which version did you see of her? I'm guessing she turns out a bit different depending on how you decide

I think it's more that she is very judgemental, and the fact that everything in the game seems confirms her biases can be a bit annoying. Cause nobody likes a know it all.

She is who she is. She is an outsider, and seems different from everybody else. We are outsiders as well, so we need her view to be able to parse the alien, disaffected city of Nivalis with its ancient population of synthetic people. Her judgments are our judgments, but the game does seem to favour some views over others. It does ask us repeatedly to make value decisions as to the worth of artificial intelligence.

It takes a while for Rania's story to progress, and in that meantime we gamers are left to wonder at what we are supposed to do in Cloudpunk and what role we need to play. By the time we have to make key decisions, we don't have a lot of information on Rania herself although we do accumulate various public opinions. Even so, a few of our larger decisions don't seem to add much to Rania's dimension. There were a couple of times where I believe I misunderstood the instructions and picked the opposite choice that I would have made if I was in Rania's place. I don't think those decisions had much effect. Same too goes for the timed missions. Complete them or fail them, Nivalis goes on. Timed missions are important only to the achievement hunters.

As I see it, if you find Rania annoying look at it this way: at least she isn't a drummer.

I loved her. but I hated Pashta. That's voice actor has to go!

I disliked Pashta's voice distortion, it made her sound very weird

Yeah Pashta sounded like an adult using a weird synth trick to sound like a child in a tin can.

I liked Rania. I hated Camus though, ugh that stupid ass dog photo and the terrible voice acting was so annoying. Wish Camus was less of a dumb chump.

It's funny, I really liked Camus' VA, he sounded like I'd imagine an excitable dog would sound like

Of course she's judgemental. She's from the outside and has nothing but bad say-so about the city to guide her on her first day*. However I found there's some aspects where she does seem to evolve her opinion based on the interaction.(and, of course, you can make some decisions yourself)

* (On the other hand some weird voice lines suggest that she knows what people in the city call certain stuff - like the ascnescion elevator. Which seems odd given that she's just arrived.)

Seems like the voice actor was trying for Dug from "Up"[pixar.fandom.com] but it just doesn't work.

Nah--Rania is cool.
