picked the wrong hova

any way to switch cars? I wanted the big glowy one but I picked the drab sedan on accident. I can't find the dealership again.

I did this too. When you speak to the sales guy, I thought he said pick one and then go back and speak to him, so I thought you could try each one first, but as soon as you enter the vehicle it is yours. Fortunately I had made a backup of my save just before this, so I was able to restore and go back and pick the one I wanted (the blue and white one).

I picked the same one (it was cooler then the rest)

I did the same. I thought there would be some description of listing of the specs, but I just hopped into it. And it was the one I wanted the least too.

Had the same issue. Picked the wrong one, accidentally, eventually navigated my way back to the dealer, you can't swap it out. The kicker is that certain ones actually handicap you, or at least the larger ones, as they handle differently and tend to smack into the floor of the freeways if you drive along it to avoid hitting other drivers. Hopefully the developers change this, because it's made getting anywhere unpleasant now.

I did complete the game.. It seems that the Hova you choose you are stuck with. even after the game in free roam.
And I am not even sure that you can destroy it, to get a replacement.. As of this post my hova is currently stuck on the side of a building.. *sigh*
But I did enjoy the game.

Played this game 3 times. Not too much difference for me.
1. The blue one with light blue light - Future Type, Narrow Body
2. The yellow Cab / Taxi car - Tiny body
3. The yellow one with light blue light - A bit hard to turn a corner.

It's a pitty that after completing this game you can't buy a new hova. I visited the deahlership at the "MOCHI DISTRICT" again, you can only watch the other cars. :(

EDIT: Now I player again to select another car. It's wealth to play it twice or more!

I think I was trying to talk to a merchant when I accidentally got in the wrong hova. It feels a bit silly that something that small could ruin the game, but somehow it did. There needs to be a confirmation screen for something like that...

One thing you can do is going into your savefile directory, delete Slot0.sav, rename one of the backup-saves to Slot0.sav. With this you load an earlier save. You can also do this multiple times to try diffrent Hovas before deciding.
This only works right after you choose the Hove, since the backup-saves will be overwritten.

But it didn't work with me. I think its due to changed offsets in diffrent versions and I cant finde the right hex-entry for the "HovaModel"
