There's a old pc game called Beam Breakers , its pretty good. But Cloudpunk takes it on a whole new level, i am really looking forward to this game. also i just read you can walk around on foot, nice. hope they have a nice selection of vehicles and maybe some customization for characters.

I recently thought about a game that i played back when i was younger. It was about a flying car in a cyberpunk city. I listened to Missy Elliot and played that, but only the demo i believe.
But i couldnt find how it was named.

Naaaaah, I wouldn't really compare it to "Beam Breakers", to be honest. I mean... that one was just a simple racing game. "Cloudpunk" seems to be mission-based and not a racing game per se.

I'd rather compare it to "B Hunter" (1999):

beam breakers wasn't just a racing game. it has missions. but yea crime cities i can see that. i have that game booklet, jewel case, its a 2 disc game. bought it from ebworld years years ago.

That said, "Beam Breakers" DOES look a lot like merely a racing game (with "lap 1" displayed and all)...

HNNNG I love Crazy Taxi! I still play it here on Steam once in a while. More on topic maybe - I am now keeping an eye on this game. It has a very intriguing concept to me. I love games with consequences and story choices (and also perma death where it fits like XCOM, Battle Brothers, etc)

What is the relation between BHunter and Crime Cities?

They're almost identical games, but I spoke to the lead dev of BHunter (which came out first) and he said he had nothing to do with Crime Cities, and didn't know the deal.

BHunter has almost been lost to time, while Crime Cities is available on most digital stores.
