How do I cancel my monthly gold membership subscription?

I would like to cancel my monthly subscription, but I don't know where and how to start? Please help

(I want to make this private but also don't know how)

Top right: Click on your Username, then on Account Details.
In the next window there is an option to manage your game subscriptions.
