Sackhead & Crew Coin Missions

After the patch to fix the patch this morning, it seems the Wandering Survivors mission line for coins is bugged.

As per my usual MO I grabbed all the missions from all three Outposts including the missions mentioned above. Then did the Outpost Attack at Haverbrook, 1000 HRS PST. Did not get credit for any kills on the "Kill 400" mission. Seeing this I noticed some of the text for the other two missions were "messed up".

To confirm the missions are broken I grabbed a couple Scrap Pieces for Wendy. No counter, no credit, nadda. Perhaps this is a result of trying to remove them from the Notice Boards? Perhaps an attempt to fix the glitch of the mission being available post turn in of 20 coins to Sackhead yet not able to turn them in to the other Wandering Survivors if the storyline is completed.

No idea. But it is currently broken. Please look into this as it is a very popular mission line for grinding XP. Please and thank you.

Out of curiosity while running other missions I stopped in Greywood. Touched base with the Wandering Survivors. While I had no sign of completing the mission in my Mission Log, when I hailed Bronze Face I got credit for the mission.

All dialog and reward seemed as per usual. Whatever the "bug" is, it has something to do with the Mission Log and the missions not displaying properly. Additional 411, all other missions seem as per usual.

Just finished a second Outpost Attack at Haverbrook and was looking at my Mission Log. Even though I did the turn in with Bronze Face earlier the mission remains. Hope the additional information helps.

I was doing the quest on my other character and was only able to finish the salvage scrap pieces one and the other didn't count cuz the text was gray after killing tons of zombies so I didn't even bother checking the survivors if I could turn it in or not, hopefully we'll get a fix soon.

Bump, it's been over a week... Still broken. And even though I have not "picked up" the three missions from Sackhead's associates today, the missions from Bronze Face and Tin Tin are still displaying. And if I complete them I get a Premium Nickel!

Wonder what that can buy? ::sarcasm off::

Been a rough few weeks regarding bugs and patches. Just my two cents... Hold what you got and get it fixed! Put everything else on the back burner.

Closing in on three weeks... Wandering Survivor mission line is still wonky, selling window remains broken with "auto-sorting" but... Kudos on an inventory auto-sort button that doesn't really look like a button and is a band-aid that should of been put on a long time ago IMO. Well, unless you wanted to fix this problem since band-aids are just a patch.

Seriously, fix the broken content before adding more stuff that has the potential to go south. If the frame on your vehicle is cracked who cares about tuning up the engine? And on a side note, starting to feel like a mushroom around these parts.

It's been a few days... Still no word on this or any other bugs being fixed as of yet. But, understandable with the hardware upgrades taking place. When you, the powers that be, get the time to address these problems here is a little more information.

Was jamming out the start of this mission line to level up a storage mule. Got through the hailing and gibberish responses, talked with Sackhead, ran my level 17 behind to PCA and snacked up Gore Wizards weapon, did the turn in and was looking forward to easy XP with the crew.

"Hello Bronze Face!" Received Wendy's mission. "What's up Wendy?" Received Tin Tim's mission. Third times a charm! "How hangs the hammer Tin Tim!?" Received bronze Face's mission.

In addition the mission statements in the log are still jacked up, no change there. I am expecting they will "play" normally. For someone who has done this many times, it's just a PITA. For a player encountering this mission line for the first time, it could be frustrating at best and a reason to bad mouth the game at worst.

Trust me, I am sympathetic to having multiple irons in the fire so to speak. Hope to see this and other "problems" resolved soon.

Gore Trimmer missions are still working as intended. As for the mission logs, it will be fixed in Easter patch.

As promised, seems to be back to normal. Most appreciated. Now if we could get a handle on the rampant stat padding regarding the Leader Boards we would really have something.
