Search NPC with specific names

hey guys, during exploring and looting, I've found some items stated that "Wanted by [someone], [somewhere]", ex: Insulin, wanted by Briana Knox, Dallbow. I want to know if there is some way searching those NPCs related to those items other than just exploring blindly

this is a quest items , you can only find them when the named npc give a quest to you in any outpost (if you don't accept the quest those items still are found in the location generated by the quest) the quest item you named is a daily quest giver npc in dalbow police station (there is multiple room so look for her) or just accept all quest from the board at the entrance and finish the quest the same way with the board !

Hi! You don't have to give those items directly to the NPC's once you found them (Unless it's blood samples, those should range from 4 to 6 requested). You can go to any outpost's Noticeboard and select Hand in Missions. It should do the trick.
Anyway, if it doesn't work or you are curious, you can look up DF2 Haven, it's a websites where other players submit where to find items/bosses/missions to help eachother!

Y'all are near spot on. A little clarification. ALL "standard" mission items found while out and about can be turned in via the notice board at any Outpost. The only missions I have found, in a year of game play, that can be started at a notice board but MUST be turned in to the mission giver are the Sackhead & Crew "coin missions".

Long story short, if you can find it you can turn it in. A suggestion, wait to do all your turn-ins at one time while leveling. Do an Outpost Attack, get the bonus, put on your XP gear, use any consumables you might have to top off your XP then hit the "Hand In All Missions" button.
