What type of building are industrial building? I Tryed LCC office some random residence.

You are looking for LLC or GMBH buildings, but not an office. It's like a warehouse. Should be a similar layout to the Fatman Factory. I wonder if that one would help with your mission

Alas all buildings except the ones used for housing , dining and luxury housing looks the same.
