red zone special infected...

ive been gone from the game for awhile but i came back recently and ran into something completely new to me anyhow.

i ran into a red named hospital only to get destroyed by the sheer number of special infected and their damage to me. surposedly it was a low level zone but it acted like a zone above my level.

any advice or tips for such?

that "ravenwall hospital" around the low lvl area is special zone for group of high lvl, just like "comer, nix mansion, and scronom lab".
is special zone there's give some special effect to or is call "curse" that give enemies some buff that make them strong and deadly, so better becareful or make some party to raid on that "red building name" (you can solo it if you got better gear).
there's special zombies is there building (ravenwall, nix mansion, scronom lab) like cultist, spider, and the patient zero.
just some advice from me for some new to mid player ;
-do mission everyday on every outpost or do HR (human remain) & SM (stalker mission) for good exp & money
-loot ammo & meds to make more money by sell them (try to remember what item that can be sell high price)
-pick up basic, useful passive skill & weapon skill (better take 1 or 2 weapon skill you like/use the most)

Depending what type weapon you like.
For new player pistol is the best choice since is easy to use and the ammo is cheap, but is depending what weapon do you want to use.
For skill, is kinda depend again what gameplay type you like.
For lvl 1-20, try to pick :
-sprint
-headhunter
-reloading
-hunter
Try max the skill into lvl 5 first, that basic skill for low lvl.
After that, for lvl 20-30 you must choice 1 weapon skill and another passive skill that can help you do more damage or maybe loot faster.
Try pick :
-weapon skill (depend what weapon you want to use)
-"quickshot" if you want to do more damage or "looter" to become more faster when looting.
When you took lvl 30 or above is depend what playstyle you use, because lvl 30 above the infected is getting more harder and there's different boss.
