Report a translation problem
You can check if your email is correct with me on discord however, just fill a ticket in #global-support. Quite often users forget their emails or their accounts got hacked thus no confirmation emails appear.
See, I kinda expected that to be a response. My info is correct on my end, plain and simple. I even sent you guys a response on your website's forum section less than an hour ago, so I'm pretty much waiting on my email for that. But, if there's not alternative way to fix this other than by creating a new account, then this is pointless. Take care.
I do not handle confirmation emails but at least we can get a confirmation on what's wrong.

Completely agree that the log-in thing is pretty bogus, but it is what it is. In the beginning it was definitely necessary to sort out the df1 rewards (they gave out a lot of perks to players who bought things in the first game close to the release of this one). Unfortunately most people don't take their account security seriously, so those that do have to suffer with this crap
