Obviously it's not my problem, but a problem of the game.
Also because as I said, until yesterday I did not have any kind of problem.
On other notes,I am serious. If it is a game problem aka a wide spread one I or my friends would be experiencing them and we are not. Same solid performance the whole time but feel free to listen to the 25hrs of game time player who probly is the one I told hell no to ice grenades in df2

Ignore what you don't like in it. Like ccleaner part, gui boot etc...
This one is especially for DVR crap : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hMvCbtbi_dQ
That's fixed all my trouble with fps drops

you're currently FPS of course if you're using dell motherboard with onboard video card and 4GB of rams 1300mhz rams speed 40~60FPS with 640x480 Resolution with no effects on for good looking and more fps close whole options instead contrast filter and deferred rendering use medium shader and use the most lowest textures resolution and disable shadows you can use lighting cunsumes alot of fps also gives you 360 Degrees different graphics looking mixed with 25~50FPS and contrast filter enough to enjoy the graphics HD till you get a good pc
don't forgot (Color filter/contrast filter/lighting/shader)enough to show you how the game graphics are good no need for the other options just waste of FPS and you're eyes will never enjoy 0 fps with 10% more reality on graphic yeah its waste
