no place is good for specific item, it is all based on RNG, some people find meds all the time, some other find ammo all the time. unless u have find X item then that can play a role as well.

As far as I know, it doesn't throw you into a pvp enabled server by default. You have to actively join one.

Isn't there location specific loot though? Warehouses seem to give a ton of fuel, and I've read suggestions that police stations give ammo, and maybe hospitals give meds.

probably. ive been at the hospital recently and i got a lot of meds there

This seems like the case.. u notice u can find about equal amount of everything everywhere and anywhere
It's mostly rng... if you want, you could find headgear and handwear that give +find medical chance and just keep looting, if you don't want to spend

loot is random everwhere I believe

loot is random,your best bet is to focus on missions while looting along the way. by end of day i normally sit 10k richer even though i never get good boss drops just from doing missions and looting on the way.

There is tinfoil hats all around that will say if you dance like a chicken as you loot youll put out sawn offs...

Are you for real? He literally answered your question and your swearing and being sarcastic. There's no PVP in the game unless you are in a PVP lobby.

Also loot is not random. Every time I have been to a hospital it drops more med items on average than anywhere else.

hospitals are bigger aka more chances to get good drops aka meds or ammo
