Banned for no reason! (CLOSED CASE)
CLOSED CASE: Hey guys! The support replied my case. They analised it and unbanned me. We think that was an recently update on CCleaner that made the game think I was cheating.

I got banned for using cheats... didn't do that. I play fair!
I WOULD LIKE THE SUPPORT TO REPLY MY DISCUSSION ON THE SUPPORT PLATAFORM AND TELL ME WHICH SOFTWARE MADE ME GET BAN!!! THAT'S ALL I WANT!!! I can't create another account if I don't desinstall the origin of the problem or I'll be banned again!!! PLEASE REPLY MY CASE!!!

To my friends that commented on my previous statments because I want to elaborate on some things afew of you said. Maybe try to be abit more clear on my end. I am not saying hack cheats don't happen. I am saying it's rare for someone to go threw the trouble of doing one for an Alpha game especially one this early. If one was done then I am actually surprised. I don't mind being wrong about that. I am not going to say what you guys are saying isn't true because for some games it is. I just feel like what I am saying is also true.

Since this is a zombie game I use one just for an example. I've played 7 Days To Die for some years now and in all that time I've only ever personally seen one actual real successful hack done by someone in that game to a friend of mine actually which not going to lie I found it hilarious because of the type of hack it was and shortly after by the next patch it was broken. Because the code for Alpha games or atleast the ones I play anyway change so much between patch to patch and certain games get patched so often that most times no one is going to bother to keep up with all of that.

Now on a side note the A16 for that game has been out for awhile now with them working on the A17 release so being fair it wouldn't surprise me at all if one was done for that Alpha build given the time it has been out. That being said that's just one example out of the lot.

I am not even saying it never happens. What I am saying is that your rarely ever see it for that reason. So because of that it only makes sense to reason no one would bother to do it with this game being it is so new and just came out and we can expect to see alot of code changes in the future. If some one has done it then that's fine. I don't mind being wrong on that, but I was definitely right in my gut feeling about this guy. Meaning the OP. So I am good with that and happy he got his issue sorted and can go back to having fun enjoying his game again. I just wouldn't assume everyone is hacking because previously mentioned there is any number of reasons and/or causes that could have happened to someone. Try giving each other the benefit of the doubt mates. You guys take it easy and have a good one. Be safe both in and out of game everyone. :steamhappy:

It was hard to accept been banned for doing nothing! Thats why I kept this post like till this DRAMA ends... NOW... GOGOGO, KILL ZUMBIES!!!

check the VAC discussions on the steam forums and you'll see why most people are quick to judge.

i can't say i'm not glad that op got it fixed since i guess he did legit not use any hacks, but the question raises what programs are classified as HACKS and to help avoid people getting banned (legitally for false reasons not the oh i banned but i wanna get unbanned to keep hacking posts).

But it doesn't affect the people commenting in any way if he did cheat or not. So why waste the time to accuse? Like you said asking what other programs he uses or suggesting he talks to support is constructive just screaming you dirty cheater doesn't do ♥♥♥♥.

Plus my comment was also more about the people in the thread debating his job status and nationality / age etc.
