Banned for no reason! (CLOSED CASE)

CLOSED CASE: Hey guys! The support replied my case. They analised it and unbanned me. We think that was an recently update on CCleaner that made the game think I was cheating.

I got banned for using cheats... didn't do that. I play fair!
I WOULD LIKE THE SUPPORT TO REPLY MY DISCUSSION ON THE SUPPORT PLATAFORM AND TELL ME WHICH SOFTWARE MADE ME GET BAN!!! THAT'S ALL I WANT!!! I can't create another account if I don't desinstall the origin of the problem or I'll be banned again!!! PLEASE REPLY MY CASE!!!

it's just a good chunk of people have heard these dime a dozen stories where hackers try to get unbanned to hack again.

Not saying all but about 99% of cases it's not true and the game ban was correct.

Plus people in general hate hacks so automatically you turn on any hacker related topic.

I don't like hackers, or cheaters on games. I used to play Battlefield 3, lots of cheaters made the game be unfair. Sometimes the cheat was so evident, was kind of stupid stay in the map with those cheaters and keep playing.
But if the support says I cheated? I'll never play the game again. I'll repeat that I payed kind of $2000 in Dead Frontier 1 for credits and membership. I'm lvl 140 there. So I financed this DF2 too. I am a big fan of this game, love this DF2 from the first gameplay, I was waiting for it to be released. What is going to happen now? I am waiting for the support, thats why I am trying to keep this forum open, maybe they can see it. I already went to the website and said my case to the support. I really didn't cheat, don't know how it works, never looked about it, never installed cheat machines. I don't know what happened... I just update CCleaner and it happens... that was the only thing I did, don't know if it made the game ban me, I don't know. Just trying to make de support look at my case and solve it.

When you put your password to log in it shows a message: Sorry, your account has been permanently banned for using cheats.
I don't know how to add a printscreen here. But it is only this message that appears, and you can't log in.

You people love to immediately assume guilt without any sort of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ explanation. Give the guy some actual advice instead of just jerking your own ego. Solve the problem. If he actually cheated, he'll stay banned. But if not, you're just being a ♥♥♥♥ to someone who wants to play.

I don't care about those guys. I just want the support to look at this post. The support got to give my account back... I didn't cheat.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Have you tried making a new steam account maybe? If that fails, maybe you could try using a vpn or something. Im really not good in working around bans tho, maybe ask redd.t

I ain't gonna do a new steam account, ain't gonna make a new e-mail account. I am not gonna lose my time doing that. I just wanna my lvl 11 character back and that message to be gone. I didn't cheat, so I am wating for the support. There is no problem coming back in this forum everyday, and no problem to send message for the support every day. I just want them to see this case, and give my account back. I payed for DF1 a lot of money, I helped to produce DF2, I want to play it, I want to play it with my steam account, with my e-mail account.

I mean he did kinda we dont know that if its true or not meaning he donated? i dunno but just taking little bits from his text and exposing someone is not smart either no one knows the story other than the devs and he if its a lie all allong

A 35 years old doctor who is level 140 in DF1 and plays DF2 during the weekend? and got banned unintentionally? with a bad english? with high school logics?
That doesn't make any sense. Do doctors these days spend many hours on a dying web browser game and play a non-triple-A steam game instead of doing doctors stuff like driving a carrera S to flex on them nurses?
My guess is, a banned cheat engine high schooler who pretended to be innocent.

Yeah, I play a lot, lvl 140 I got in 2 years, almost all xp I got on the Outpost Attack with membership and those syringe that adds damage and xp. I play those games because I don't want to buy a new video card for my PC. If I do that, I'll be addicted to Battlefield and thats gonna make my career goes down.
Actually, been doctor and have 35 years is nothing. Because all my friends are doctors and have 35 years or more and they play too. Dota, Batllefield, LOL and etc... so there is no excuse at all.
I am just saying that I am an adult, and I see no benefits in doing cheatcodes.
