there is profession that can enhance the meds effectiveness
and yes,to make a medic(doctor) to enhance the meds u need to use service from other player or from your own self(if u a doctor).Yes,we sell services so basically passive income.
The only negative about this is the nourishment.Each time player use your service it will deduct ur hunger,in this game its energy.
I dont know if Neils will implement in this game.
There is also a service to repair armor(which we dont know whether its coming in df2 or not) and cook,enhance the foods,well its kind of useless in this cases i think :v.
Well,if neils implement this again,he need to overhaul the whole gameplay since we easily can replenish our energy and thirst.
