Drum puzzle, plague 10

Really having problems with this. I have watched at least 3 videos and followed them and also read the two discussions on here but I am still not able to get the tooth to fall. It says you have to pick the drum side that makes most of the bones swing but every time i pick that side it swtches back to just one bone swinging. Is there a formula you have to follow or is it just random. Please help!

I think you have to click his arms, not the drum, if that helps.

I was so frustrated also, but I just solved it! When you start - one bone will shake. Click on that arm. Notice on which side more bones shake as you go along. If 2 bones on left & 1 on right - click on left arm. If they are equal, click on the middle. Just watch number of bones shaking & it should work for you!
