and they are wrong. is it unpleasant to be shocked by a revelation? i have already contacted support about this harassment by moderators. i will delete this last sentence if the topic gets moved back. if i had known they would be emulated i would not have purchased them and instead just ran the original versions on my pc as i have the cds.

megaman x7 and x8 are clearly playstation 2 games. megaman x5 and x6 is clearly playstation 1 games. then of course, it is that large emulator that enables users to specify what emulation settings to use to either make the games smoother or choppier. in addition to those settings there is the option of playing in letterbox or stretched full screen.

That's not proof. Those options can easily exist in ports too. There's no ISO images to emulate with.

Which consists of game assets like small sound files and models you can drag and drop out. You can't do that easily with an ISO/ROM needed for emulation as that's a singular file.

ISO is archives which contains a lot of assets, not singular files. iso files usually contains another archive where most of the stuff is contained. here on the other hand, they did not use archives, likely to make stuff easier to load.

If you no have a original cartridge / CD from franchise or old consoles, now you have the chance to get a original copy and play from a legit way.
This is a collection, not a remake/remaster edition.

However i expected more from this compilation, like real scale upgrade or better keyboard support.

I hope you know every single file in the rompc folder is a binary file that gets read by RXC2.exe. There is no emulation here. There isn't a single megaman x5, x6, x7, or x8 file from the original PS1 in the original format, not only that there would have to be (I definitely know this is true for X5) a BIN file named ROCK_X5 and DAT file named exactly the same. If you want proof I'll give you proof. Just dm. I'm trying to help man. I won't say anything about ISOs. But my point is it's all legit just ported. Same goes for if they emulated with snes.
