Game is running at a silky smooth 24 FPS.
My computer is an i7-5820k / GTX 980 Ti, so it's not that my hardware is underpowered. I've tried both turning off VSync and changing the Refresh Rate to 60 in the config. Neither have worked. All four of the games are running at 24 FPS. Playing at 40% speed isn't very fun.

Try switching to Borderless Window.

iirc Mega Man Legacy Collection had some issues with Fullscreen as well, so not surprised if this is still the case.

I'm still getting the slow frame rate, despite this.

Asking mostly out of curiousity, but do you overclock?
If so, what and by how much?

No, I don't overclock.

First: What are your specs?

Those "switch full/window" solutions did not helped me.

X1 to X4 run 50 fps at my integrated Intel HD Graphics 5500, but ran 40fps on my (more powerful) Radeon R5 M330.

So, guessing there was some driver problem, I force-updated the Radeon Driver. Now I get 58fps on Radeon, for megaman X1 to X4.

But, MMX8 is still 30fps no matter what, Intel or AMD, it is still Slow-motion.

CPU: Intel Core i7 5820K (3.30 GHz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti (Gigabyte)
RAM: 16 GB HyperX Fury (1333 MHz)
MoBo: ASUS X99-A

I'm pretty sure that's well above the recommended specs for the collection.

Capcom has a fixed topic about these bugs. They are gathering data there.

Place your bugs and your specs there.

Hopefully, they may patch it someday.
TURN OFF ANTI ALIASING. running 4K 60fps smoothly now
