Save problem in X1

Save the game before the battle against Sigma - Phase 3/3 (had the Hadoken, 9 lives and tanks full), close the game and when entering the password or use the option "Load" the game returned me to the 1st Sigma phase, without Hadoken. 2 lives and empty tanks.

Is there any place where progress is saved or is there a way to not repeat everything again?

I already go 2 times that happens to me, help please

That's exactly what's happen on original SNES version. It's not possible to save further tham first Sigma stage, or having hadoken and full tank. Since the game is still using passwords to Save on this Collection, it make sense to act like that. =/

I already found out, the game only saves the password but not the progress as such, it's a pity, thank you

Its not like we have any method of saving the gamestate in our current year of 20XX.

Ha roms that don't have savestate functionality and cost $30?
GTFO Capcon with your scams....
(Got X collection on PS2 brand new sealed for $15 only a few years ago)

Maverick Hunter X let's you save all that and is 16:9 and can be upscaled to 1080p without looking like complete trash.

Honestly Maverick Hunter X should've been on collection 1 & Command Mission on collection 2.
