Maybe this way CAPCOM, and some fanboys, can understand that we are NOT joking or whinning for nothing, the game is a mess for MANY people, this video bellow is not mine, since i already refunded my game, but it was like this when i tried yesterday.

By the way, this slowdown happens when you use 1920x1080 resolution. If you change to 1280x720, probably it will disappear.

Not for me, no matter what resolution I will choose, I still get a slow motion

I see. Actually I just got this when I changed resolution. Capcom really messed up this port.

I will ask for refund until tomorrow and then search for emulators to play, great way to encourage people to buy old games and not to seek by emulators capcom!

I'll probabaly do the same. How could you possibly have half a year to make a SNES/PS1 port and screw it up so badly and then sell it for a quite high price while not even seeming to care about the issues too much?

I'm having this issue as well, i7-6800K processor, 32 GB RAM, and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080. The game should not look like that AT ALL for me, I went to support and emailed them asking if they were going to fix their broken piece of junk, will let people know what they say.

So, I just triggered this purposely by forcing exclusive fullscreen mode and it was playing at about 50fps equivalent until I went borderless windowed (which is my preferred method anyways), which immediately restored performance back up to par. So you guys are stuck at that slow mode no matter what you do, even if you set your graphics and then restart the game?

I'm running 8600K, 16GB RAM and GTX 1070Ti and the games all run smooth as butter for me at 1440p windowed fullscreen. You shouldn't NEED a rig this beefy to play it fine but it's weird seeing some people be perfectly fine even with lesser setups and some people with beasts are chugging.

Well, hopefully this gets fixed up for you guys, because when it runs nice, it's really nice.

Dude,i playing in emulators,i complete all Megaman Franchise,and you know what? On these emulatores,even on consoles,ALWAYS 60 FPS MINIMUM! But this bundle force to 30 FPS,and sometime run to 40 FPS,on the streets 2018 year

a fix for 24 fps cap and most lag issues. first set resolution you want, then change to full screen windowed, then change back to full screen, you must do this every time you open the game. this works for me every time

I also have that stupid problem, my graphics card is really much worse than the gtx 660, but the emulator works at the same speed as in that video!
