Steam overlay?
Steam overlay does not seem to function while in game, regardless of screen mode. if I do switch to the overlay, I can hear the sounds of it being pressed, but still can't see anything

The only way to fix this issue is for Capcom to switch from DirectX 10 to DirectX 11 or better.
