No Offline Achievements

Was without internet for about a day and decided to play Megaman X during that time. I got all upgrades, hearts, energy, hadouken, bosses, etc. short of Sigma.

I assumed my achievements would unlock once I went back online, but they never did. The player game time also did not update, which should have been several hours at that point. I can see the corresponding Hunter Medals in-game though.

Is there anyway to trigger the achievements to unlock or am I out of luck? This is my first run in with offline achievement gaming on Steam so I’m not quite sure what to expect generally vs. this specific game.

That sucks. Same thing happened to me with Horizon Zero Dawn here on Steam. I did all the side missions and main quests for the game but didn't get any achievement since I had no internet connection at my grandma's house at the time. When I got back home and booted up the game with internet connection ready to go, I was not awarded any achievement
