Pretty sure its region locked on most countries outside asia, so it makes sense if it doesnt show up in your country
You could just download the apk file and install the game manually and it'll work fine

Did, doesn't work :c I get to the first loading after the Capcom logo and it stays stuck on the black screen...

I cant be really sure then, I did find the game to be pretty buggy sometimes so maybe a few reinstalls might help
Or you could try changing your app store/play storeregion to japan or any of the countries that has the game released and download it from there, or try an android emulator.
