Any limit to collect Zero Parts in MMX2?

Do I have any time limit? Can I fight another boss or replay a level, while X Hunters are on the map, or they disappear if I do other things?

Yes, they will disappear if you have 2 Mavericks left so make sure they're your top priority if you wanna save Zero. (Atm i have 3 Mavericks on the map, the last X Hunter is here) After that you can search your upgrades.

You can also use the charged version of Silk Shot to cause Serges to... just stand still and laugh. You can get a free hit in over and over again doing this.

Honestly, I generally don't bother collecting Zeros parts.

The scene where Zero tells Sigma to go ♥♥♥♥ himself is amusing, but I much prefer fighting Zero and giving him a asskicking of friendship.

The way I did it was Take out Wire sponge and then go to Dinosaur Tank, Take out Wheel Gator and then go to Overdrive Ostrich. Get the shoes and Die, Do not complete the stage, then go back to Wheel Gator and get the arm parts. Then go to Morph Moth and take the chest parts, Kill yourself to exit again. Now wait for the X hunters to go into Overdrive Ostrich's stage, If none appear then go into a completed stage and exit, This will change their positions, do this as many times as needed. Once one appears go in and take them out, then Exit by killing yourself as usual. Then wait for the other X hunters to go back to that stage and repeat this process until all are dead
