Installation Instructions
1) Extract the WinRar (There should be 5 video files)

2) Place the video files into the following directory

HIGHLY Recommend you keep a backup of the files in those directories before applying the mods.

For Megaman X4 -> C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Mega Man X Legacy Collection\nativeDX10\X4\movie\eng

For Rockman X4 -> C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Mega Man X Legacy Collection\nativeDX10\X4\movie\jpn

Notes:
1) Features the following redubbed/changed cutscenes in English
- Capcom Intro Logo
- X4 Intro
- Zero vs Colonel
- Zero's What am I Fighting For?!
- Zero vs Sigma

2) All cutscenes are,
- Lower quality than the ones found in the base X Legacy Collection files, so do add them at your own discretion.
- Credited to HyperShell, the original compiler of the X4 PC mod.
- Also credited to Lucas Gilbertson and co, for taking the time to redub these scenes.

3) How do I reset to the original cutscenes without backups?
- Right click on X Legacy Collection 1 in your Steam library, go to Properties.
- In Properties, go to Local Files.
- In Local Files, click on Verify Integrity of Game Files.
- Let Steam do its work. (This should start a redownload of the game itself)

Basically, it's redownloading the base files that came with X Legacy Collection 1, and should replace the modded cutscenes with the original files.

Do drop a note if there are issues with it, and we'll take care of things.

For now, not quite, we're looking into it now though.

But considering that the files for X4 here are way different than the ones for PC, it may or may not be possible to mod it in. ._.
