for those of you struggling to get Shoryuken in Mega man X2 this should help.

Getting the Shoryuken is hard, some will claim it isnt and they're entitled to their opinion.
if like me you struggled to get the Shoryuken however and gave up. then try this instead.

Kens Shoryuken Pre-Unlocked password

[8][3][7][7]

[6][8][2][2]
[7][6][5][1]

after in-putting the password:
Move the password cursor to the bottom line of the password screen bottom left corner (above Start) then press and hold Down (which moves the cursor to Start) then hold Left, RB, A and finally X

(Everything unlocked plus Shoryuken)
XBOX controller: In order for the Shoryken part of the password to work, the
password must be submitted by holding Down and Left togethor on the D-pad then the RB button
then the A button and X button.
