As we've promised long time ago :) 9 minutes ago an main wwo site..



We've been working to bring game back. First of all sorry for not talking to you sooner, but until very recently I personally didn't knew if I have a job or not - effectively by August any new development was stopped, and pretty much company have closed. Game didn't sold enough copies to keep team on payroll, some of us haven't been paid for over 3 months by now, and effectively any support to the game was shut.

Core of the development team have worked hard to find potential partners, financing, etc for the WWO, but unfortunately it didn't happened. What did happened like few weeks ago was a miracle - basically folks at Free Reign Entertainment stepped up and agreed to help us to develop game further. Formalities took some time, but as of now I'm glad to announce that game have new home and new hope. While most of the original dev team is gone by now - in fact only like 3 person including me are left, we have a new team to help us to move forward.

So what is going to happen in near future :

If you own WWO - you're okay. your account will be intact, all of your purchases are safe. You will continue to use your login to play game. You also will receive some generous rewards for being loyal player. Both in game TN currency, as well as items such as additional Land Lots.

You will need to download and install new game client. for now it'll be only available thru our own website and will be available on Steam at later date. From this new client you will have access to two games effectively from one launcher - Frontier and Magnificent 5.

Frontier is an wild west themed survival/exploration/PVP game. You will explore world ( yes full game an the North will be available ), build your own housing and settlements, craft items, hunt animals, etc. This is basically evolution of the WWO as you know it. It'll be much more focused on building and crafting than WWO though.

Magnificent 5 is our "obligatory" take on Battle Royale :). It's based on work Free Reign Entertainment have made with it's Chinese partners. up to 20 team of 5 players each are fighting in a dynamic world, build fortifications, trying to get best loot and artifacts. Monetization of the game is VERY SIMILAR to Fortnite, with Season Passes that opens challenges and access to cosmetic items.

Game will become FREE to all players. Anyone and their friends will be able to create free account and play game. To compensate this to our existing players, you will receive at lest $15 worth of TN as well as some additional items that are valuable in a game.

WHEN ? Magnificent 5 will be available for general public testing in a week or so, with Frontier to become available in November. Both games will be available as "open beta" - but there'll be no account wipes or anything like this.

Free reign was probably with the game from the beginning, I mean last news from free reign was that they were making shattered skies 2.0. Yet this is no suprise, this seems to happen to alot of Free reign game. They release the game, they shut it down and tell people they are working on a new version of the game (burstfire, shattered skies, WWO?) or they make the game free to play and let it die (lms, ra) then they release a new game and repeat the process.

Didn't they "buy the rights" to use the engine from them. Now they are acting like they came out of no where to help them fund the game. Also one of the developers of the game said in a email that the higher ups sold the rights to a chinese company to make a battle royale game a while ago. I bet the higher ups were free reign.

This will be free apparently for everyone and WWO owners will get a hat or something idk. It will probably get almost no updates when released like most free reign games. Tho it is funny how they bring up hunt animals again for this new version. So they can suddenly make animals now that free reign is "helping".

Funny the game Frontier on steam that I own had the SAME story as this game did. Came out EA bunch of promises then all gone no more updates. One lonely dev came out and said what happened and he is sorry but dont wait there is more buy this game instead. Check out the discussions on Frontier on steam.

Hmmmm.. cynical side of me thinks this 'WWO is dead, but don't worry, something great is coming' announcement is another way of prolonging its life on the Stean store to sell a few more copies to people who don't look too carefully before buying.

HAHAHA - So Free Reign Entertainment is stepping up to bail out their own game? That's ridiculous. That's like saying Disney is stepping up to bail out ABC. Wild West Online was a Free Reign game to begin with.

So, now Titov is claiming his own game is his own game, that's the only difference here. Same scam, same people, same umbrella.

Oh yeah, I know mate. I went on a crusade to trash this game all over the internet. Made youtubve videos, reddit posts, and all over message across the web. And, judging by how I suddenly keep having hacking attempts from Belarus and Russia on my accounts associated with my gaming email, I think I pissed them off quite a bit.

But hey, I give a ♥♥♥♥. Small price to pay for vengeance.

Thanks for the laugh. Way to "remake" the game. More like remaking the forums and store page to make new people, yet again buy into it. Without even making a new game.

I told you year ago. This game is going to be scam or has no potential. Now year later game is dead and they are basically confirming Titov being behind of development. This is classic Titov scam strategy. Its a f#cking shame on Steam allowing them to scam people.

I have no sympathy for people being scammed. All the stuff about titoff has been around for years and its the same process rinse and repeat. You shouldn`t blame titoff (even if hes a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ hole) but yourselves for funding his ♥♥♥♥♥.
