It would take an enormous amount of time to get it.
It's easy to get, actually. Very, very time-consuming (took me 160 hours, although I didn't start farming until I got all secret endings, so I could probably have taken that time down to 80 hours or so if I had wanted to), but easy.
The most important part is being organized. And checking the logs. The logs for the game contain every single choice you've made and its outcome, complete with event name and number. If you make a spreadsheet that lists everything you get, you'll know which outcomes you're missing for every event you've gotten.
As for events you didn't get, I recommend making two long single-player playthroughs per love interest and per location (so two playthroughs pursuing Damien in the bathroom, two playthroughs pursuing Damien outdoors, etc.) or four long multi-player playthroughs (if you want to take one up to four locations at the same time).
You should also know that for the base game (DLC has fewer events of each type), there are three "pick a love interest" type events per character combination (the events where you get a character's face at the end, where you clearly have to pick a side, that you get at the beginning of a playthrough).
There are three lunch events per character combination and three lunch events per minor character.
There are 12 week-end events with stat checks, and 4 week-end events where you give advice to a character, per character (2 where you say if a player is good or not, 2 where you say which player is the best one).
There are 3 date events per character (the events you get at the end of a playthrough if you've done well).
Here is a link to my guide, there's not anymore info on it, really, but there's a link to an empty version of the spreadsheet I made.

Thrilled to do this!
Have a wonderful day
Also I'm curious how you manage to get failures for smart based stat checks for some of those earlier 'pick a love interest' events. Even if my opposing stat is higher I still pass the check since smarts always starts high enough to pass its standalone check so early in the run.
Thanks for the help.
I believe there are two per combination in the DLC.
As for smart failures, those are the hardest to get in my opinion. The way I did it was to get a combination of the character i want and one I don't want in the quiz, while faking a 4-player game. Then, pick the answer from the character I want. Sometimes, you'll fail and lose smarts. The player with the least smarts goes for the second character you want at lunch. The player with the highest smarts buys the gift, just in case they get the coal. It's still gonna be a lot of tries to get one player low enough on smarts, but it works eventually. Do not play DLC mode to get the base game events where that happens, since you get even more starting smarts in DLC mode.
Okay, that is how it seemed for the most part
And unfortunately there's not much you can do for those events when they involve dlc characters, I was kind of hoping there was something other than coal to get those but I guess not. Ah well, still having a blast seeing all the outcomes. It's amazing how consistently funny they are, even the failures.
Thanks for the swift response!
