There's no easy way to get this achievement, but there is a way to cut your time. Drastically.

How hard can it be?
Getting this achievement simply by playing the game is hard. Also, very time-consuming. It may not seem like much when you're just starting, because every outcome you get is a new one. But once you have a few hundred outcomes, you're gonna keep getting the same ones, and how will you know which outcomes you're missing, or which stats you need to get them? Committing several hundred events (and twice as many choices) to memory is something you probably cannot do.

The solution? Organization.
The "cheat sheet"
I have made an outcome sheet, and I'll share the link below. All instructions are in there, but I'll recap' them here. If you wish to make one yourself, you need to remember a few things:
  • The logs (in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Monster Prom\MPLogs or equivalent) contain the list of all events you've done, with their event number, the choice you've made and if it was a success or a failure. It's going to be your best ally in this quest. The only things missing are stats required and which characters/locations are involved, which means you're going blind on that front for every event you've had before creating your sheet
  • You need a way to know which stat goes with each choice.
  • You need a way to assign a tag to events (to easily know which characters/locations are involved in an event).

If you just want to use mine, that's perfectly fine, the work's already been done, all you need to do is fill it!
Look at your logs, add the events and put your outcome in the corresponding column. Just write s for smarts, b for boldness, cr for creativity, etc. and x if you don't know (or for events with no stat required). You'll know exactly which outcomes you've already done, and which stats you need to get the ones you're missing!
Adding tags in the "type" column (like, say, "Liam" for all events with Liam or "Bathrooms" for all events only taking place in the Bathrooms) will let you sort the events the way you want, and some tags (Lunch, Advice) will grey out outcomes that don't exist.

Here is how it works: this event is event 767, called cultstuff. It involves Zoe and always takes place in the Auditorium. There is an s written in the blue cell and an f in each of the yellow cells. The blue cell in the Option1Success column means that the top choice for this event requires smarts and I have succeeded. The white cell next to it means I have not failed that choice yet. The two yellow cells mean the bottom choice requires fun and that I've both succeeded and failed at that choice.

This is what the sheet looks like once it gets completely filled in. Plenty of colours. Very satisfying to look at. Each cell you fill brings you closer to the achievement. I won't lie, it's still gonna take you dozens (if not hundreds) of hours. But it's certainly easier than going through the game randomly hoping to get new outcomes!

Here is the link, it is now time for some tips!

Tips on getting all events
First thing you need to know is this guide only applies to the base game. Some of those tips also apply to the DLC, but some types of events are present in different amounts.

There are several types of events:
- pick a love interest events; you'll see those at the beginning of a game (except in short multi-player), they're the ones where one answer gives hearts for one character and the other answer hearts for the other character, there are three of those per character combination, except for Scott and Damien who have 4 together (one of them leading to a secret ending)
- lunch events; there are 3 of those per character combination and 3 per minor NPC
- week-end events with stat checks; there's a dozen of those, they only happen with 3 or 4 players and while the two successes and the two failures have the same text, they count as separate outcomes
- week-end events where a character asks if a player is good or bad; there are two of those per character
- week-end events where a character asks which player character is better; those happen with 3 or 4 players when 2 players are going for the same character, there's two of those per character
- some events are specific to a location

With that in mind, the best way to go about getting the last events you need is to fake a 4 players game (or actually play with 3 friends if they're interested in helping you farm) and have all the players go for the same character, with each player only going to one specific location. With so many players going for the non location-specific events, you're more likely to see location-specific ones. This will also get you the third type of week-end event, which you're very likely to have not seen much.
Repeat until you've done at least 3 full runs for each location.

Remember to add tags to every event to your sheet, to know which special events you might need, since you now know how many of each there are.

Finally, you have to know that some events lead to a second one. For some, it doesn't matter if you succeed or fail, you're gonna get the second event no matter what. For others, you only need to succeed, no matter the choice (InterdimensionalBachelor or VeraIllegalBusiness, as an example), and for others, you need to succeed at a specific choice (Tygr choice on BestApp to get TroubleWithTygr or the pasta choice in WCGriffin to get Pastaparadise).

With that, you should be able to get all events. If you've tagged them all as you got them, you're gonna have a much easier time finding them again when trying to get their outcomes, so keep that in mind.
Tips on getting all outcomes
Now that you know how to get all events, how are you gonna get so many outcomes?

For the most part, I recommend a long single-player game. Multi-player means you are very likely that a player with the wrong stat will get a specific event. There's nothing more frustrating than getting an event where you only need to fail at creativity, where three of four players have creativity as their worst stat, but where the one getting the event is the one player with high creativity.

I recommend going one stat at a time. You need smarts successes or failure where the other choice is smarts? Spend your whole runs in the classroom until you're done with all those outcomes. A few of those events are location-specific? Spend half your run in the classroom to have high smarts, then spend the later half in the location you can get the event in. This way you're guaranteeing that you're gonna get the right outcome.
Those are pretty easy. Same with secret ending outcomes (well, except for the fact that you still need to trigger RNG endings... for those, it's pure luck, except for two: the Yaoi ending and the PunchtheSun ending, for those, go 4 players, and go for Liam and Damien or Scott and Damien respectively during the quiz, you're pretty much guaranteed to trigger them).

Lunch events and Advice week-end events are pretty easy too, and it's very likely that you've already gotten every lunch event outcome if you're interested in farming outcomes.

For the week-end events with stat checks, know that you need 3 or 4 players and a long game. Also know that both successes count as separate outcomes and that both failures count as separate outcomes, despite them having the same text. Last but not least, make a note of which characters are in each of these, as going for those characters will increase the likelyhood of getting them. Still kinda long if you're unlucky.

And finally, the bane of your existence: the pick a love interest events. Most of the outcomes for those aren't hard, and it's really easy to get those events since all you need to do is choose correctly in the starting quiz. However, the starting quiz will always give you too much smarts to fail smarts choices in your first event. How to resolve this conundrum? A 4 players game.
Let's say you want to fail the top choice of BestCareer, a Scott and Liam PaLI event. It's smarts. You're gonna fail to fail. Unless you go with 4 players and pick Scott plus anything but Liam (or the opposite) in the starting quiz. Then pick Scott's choice in the first event, hoping to fail. Finally, sit the player with the least smarts at the table with Liam. You now have a one in three chance of getting the right event. If you lost smarts in the first event, you should be good to go.
You can also buy the gift with the player with the most smarts, in the hopes of getting a smarts loss.

That's all the tips I got, really. It's still gonna take you a lot of time, but now the achievement is withing your grasp. Just gotta stay organized. If you have any questions, I'll gladly answer them in the comments.

First of all thanks for the template, i'm gonna use it to complete it everything!
i do find it a little difficult what i was reading so can u make sure i'm reading this right.
So the number that comes after the available items are the amount of outcomes i still need to achieve? the output chosen are my success/fail attempts with the number of the outcome.
I'm not sure if i am still missing some information but it's already a big of a help ^-^ so thanks anyways for the guide and i'm going to try to fill this in :D

@Lydiboo My personal spreadsheet is now nearly filled, but I will not share it. If you're looking for a "cheat" guide, I believe there is another out there with a checklist that has all the stats on it.

Is there a filled out version of the sheet?
LaChouette  [author] Jul 31, 2022 @ 1:59am
@SUAVE Yes, it includes failures. You need to succeed and fail at every choice in the game (well, for the choices that include both possibilities). RNG endings are secret endings that are triggered at random, Unlike endings that come from shop items, you can't guarantee getting them during your run.

Hi! Does the outcome achievements also include failed responses too? Or do they just want the right answers? Also p.s What is RNG? (Not sure if that was mentioned)

The logs are still there in the folder I mention in the guide. The sheet is still available on the Google Drive link present in the guide.

I believe you do not need to complete the game. Any outcome you've gotten should be saved even if you quit in the middle of the game. I have not actually tried to verify this, but everytime I had to quit before the end of a game, my outcomes counter seemed different from what it should have been to me.

Question: Somewhere I read this, but I want clarification on this: Do you need to complete the game for outcomes to be saved/counted for all outcome achievements?
