Agility for when its character turn order, dodging attacks
I think deftness is escaping/steal chance but not sure
Resilence is more defense
Charm will SOMETIMES make an enemy miss a turn, but mostly used in specific skills for damage

Agility is turn order in party and also in battle.
Magic power works like str for magic atk, magic mending is for heals.
I could do more digging if you want. I can modify the actual individual values by hand and check the results.
