Secondly: Get Sylvando's Hustle Dance. It's left to Dual wielding. Not only is it a full group heal, I'm pretty sure it goes off his charm, rather than magical mending. If you use it together with Rab's Mulitheal, you should be able to get around 200 HP to your whole group each turn.
If it's Hendrick or Hero's turn, and someone needs HP, don't use a healing spell, but an item, as the debuff won't affect them. If you have them, use Hendrick defense buffs, since Gloom's attack buff can be nasty. Apart from that, play safe, and you should end up on top.
