You also have the music mod that replaces all the lame midi tracks.
It's not actual midi files, the music they used in the PS4 and PC version are recorded from midi and sound the same on PS4 and PC, it's just that you can use a mod to change the music in the PC version
I haven't used the mod, but if I had a complaint about the base game it's that the music is just awful compared to DQ8. Being able to mod it to be better is a HUGE plus that can't be done on console.
One word: mods
Sure, there are other reasons, but you know you’re gonna buy the PC version just to see Jade and Serana’s breasts

Who cares how the game looks as long as you get to see some tig ol’ biddies!

that looks terrible.
Seriously, the game uses SIX separate types of bloom, when 2 is overkill.
Also, before the mods/tweaks to remove bloom and the black outlines, I got massive headaches after less than 5 minutes of playing.
Oh, and there's actually vibrancy added to the colors in those screenshots, just no bloom coming off the different colors.
