Skill Seed Question

Should I spend all 15 Skill Seeds on the PC or spread it out among all pary members

It's your call, i'm at level 23 at the moment and didn't use any of the seeds yet, you can spend them as you feel the need, like when you have only 8ap and the next skill you want cost 9 or 10

Every character needs a different amount of skill seeds to totally max their skill trees at lv 99. So don't use more than that on the character.

Hero: 711 (725) = 14 extra needed
Erik: 599 (602) = 3 extra needed
Veronica: 577 (589) = 12 extra needed
Serena: 577 (589) = 12 extra needed
Sylvando: 611 (623) = 12 extra needed
Rab: 711 (716) = 5 extra needed
Jade:599 (602) = 3 extra needed

You'll find a few more skill seeds as you go along (not sure how many, it's at least 3 more). I've heard most people do 14 on hero and 3 on Erik. If you want to max the hero for sure, then you're safe dropping 14 on hero right now. If you think you might want to max Veronica, Serena, or Sylvando instead...then you have some choices to make.

EDIT: Oh yeah, unconfirmed, but I've heard late game, different seeds can be stolen from monsters, so it may not really matter at all... but information on DQ11 is very scant right now, so I haven't been able to confirm it.

Yeah, you can grind out seeds if you want. They're found on various monsters.

You know a place with more specific information on that? I've been trying to search, but keep turning up vague info. I've been stealing like mad with Erik anyway, trying to find whatever good stuff I can find, but I'm guessing seeds and all the other great stuff will be in the rare drop category and it takes some time to get Hero+Erik steal pep going for a good chance at the good stuff, so I'm getting a pretty small sampling... probably missing lots of good stuff.

Usually you'd try to get the maximum amount of skills with the skill points you have, then check which characters could get another skill or two with extra and give the skill seeds to them.

Don't just feed it to your main unless you have a definitive goal in mind that would aid you greatly if you gave them to him. Check what those points could get you on other characters first.
