Tempered Tamtrum Pep Power Help
Does anyknow know what weapon/character combos are needed for this please? Pretty sure the Hero and Sylvando are needed, but I can't get it to show even when both pepped.

Equip a sword on the hero and then you should be fine ( I use a whip on Sylvando btw, not sure if that's needed)
