Anyone know where Butterfly wing and Narspicious is?

still looking for the last 2 items to make my bunny suit, the item list says i can find Narspicious in multiple places, so imma check up on that, but i dont have the butterfly wings in my item list, so no word on that. I heard someone say that you can buy it, but i dont know which vendor sells it.

nevermind. scratch that. just found them both from sparklies on the same area containing the town with the casino. So just gotta loot them and reset the sparklies to get the bunny top.

yes, i'm aware. someone mentioned you can buy it already, but there was no mention where. there's so many campsites. Not like it matters. I found a bunch of butterfly wings in Zwaardsust region, and some narspicious in Gallopolis and Costa. (all from sparklies)
