Questions about Pep Powers

The game doesn't clarify many specifics about peps except for when they're about to run out, so if anyone knows the answers I'd be thankful..

Do all peps last the same duration?

If you swap a party member to backline whilst still pepped, do they retain their pep until they are brought back into the battle to use it?

When you have a pepped party member outside of combat, what will cause their pep to go away? Sleeping?

Do all peps offer the same range of power-ups/bonuses to stats? Or do they vary depending on the member e.g. Erik gets greater strength, but Veronica gets better magic from pep.

Pep state lasts 6 to 8 turns, 4 to 6 if you force it with a specific Luminary ability. If you put a character in the back row, they don't get turns, so their Pep state has infinite duration(yes, they retain)

If two characters share a stat bonus, they get the same bonus to that stat. Later on, when you can get the Pep-Up Power Bonus from your skill tree, this will be the only thing that can make the bonuses different.
