Where to go after manglegrove?

Hi,

I just finished the part where the woodcutter got changed into a dog, and Erik told me to go back the way I came towards the Heliodoran foothills. Now where do I go? All I see on the map is the entrance to Heliodor and the entrance to the manglegrove, but I see on online guides that I need to go back to Cobblestone. How??

Played it awhile ago so it's hard to recall exactly, but I remember it being a little confusing around there geographically. Heliodor city has like two different entrances on either side, you can go through the city and pop out in different areas, also regions sometimes have multiple entrances and exits, sort of like a loop.
You'll probably figure it out like I did.

Continue on the bridge that the woodcutter fixed and eventually you'll be back at the foothills. Travel south from there to return to Cobblestone the same way you originally left Cobblestone earlier.
