how to beat pride

can someone give me some advice how to kill pride?

I believe 4 skull rings and other equipment that adds dark resistance will help you. I cleared with 8 sovereign shields and took 0 damage. Only the 2 pandora box survived and started dealing damage to my party.
Sylvando/Hero/Serena/Erik
Sylvando for ladies first to confer turns to Serena.
Serena for Omniheal.
Erik with Hell sabre or sword of judgement x2, divide and oomphle on him to spam sword tech. Sylvando should be able to get Oomphle up on first turn. If it gets dispelled, divide and use critical claim when Sylvando is too busy to buff you.
Hero with gigagash to kill off the minions. Pride will spend 1 turn each to summon which increases your survivabilty if minions are cleared.

You may also put him to sleep during first turn with Rab's Dirge of Dundrasil if you need abit more help and Sap the 2nd turn. Then swap Serena in.
If you fail, go back title screen and reload autosave which brings you back to entrance with Rab's pepped state still unused.
