Basic Quetion about activating pep powers - mouse & keyboard

I'm in early game, and Erik just joined the group.
I got a quest to use the pep power "real decoy" but have no idea how to activate it.
On the battle tactics menu, it has pep powers set to "don't use".
I'm using mouse and keyboard and the corresponding "Y" key does nothing.
Which key do I press to activate the pep powers?
Also, both Luminary and Erik are pepped up at the moment. Just pausing this combat until I get an answer.

Y is the Xbox controller button to press.

You'd have to look at the key mapping to see what activates Pep. It should be in the game folder, or in-game menu.

I simply used the directional arrows to select it, pressed mouse 1 and it worked.

It’s Z or X, follow orders, then in the attack or skill menu move arrow to pep powers.
