I keep reading that the girl that tells you the size of the jackpot is also supposed to be able to tell you about the odds of it happening that day, or rather if it is at all possible to get it.
But I cannot get her to say anything but the size of the jackpot no matter how often I ask. Is it a bug? Patched to make it harder? or is there another casino where the same girl works but says what she should?
I'm at Porto Valor and in act 2

You have to run back to the Inn, rest, and run back and try again until she finally says it. Took my about 10 tries.

Just sitting there asking over and over won't refresh.

The bunny girl you're referring to works in the second casino, which you will visit next as part of the plot. She's in charge of the roulette jackpot there. Also what Koby said.

There's one in the Puerto Valor casino as well, off to the right side from the entrance stairs before you reach the slime quest slots.

Yeah so I ment the Porto valor Casino, have not found a "second" casino yet but I guess im there soon. The issue was the girl in Porto Valor says she had the gift or whatever to tell if the Jackpot is coming but no matter what I press she won't tell me. And I don't mean that she's telling me something but not the right thing, she won't say anything at all about the odds of the Jackpot but she keeps saying that she can...

reached the second casino and still the bunny lady won't tell me the thing she's supposed to say about the chance of jackpot...

Ok, I tried it a few million times and finally she started saying the odds... then I got the Jackpot twice in a row so... yeah.
