Cryptic Crypt Ultimate Key (Spoilers)

In the Cryptic Crypt I was opening the ultimate key doors. The eastern most door was empty - except for a large hole in the wall like it was mean’t to be climbed through but there are no options allowing me access. Something they forgot to finish? Or am I missing something? Thanks!

I noticed it too, then thought about it, that's your cell, it's the hole you escape through WAY back in the beginning of the game!

I think we are thinking of the wrong cell? It’s a hole in the wall not the floor.

Yeah, you are. That was Veronica's cell and that hole in the wall is supposed to indicate how she escaped.
