Can I get every item post game?

I'v looked up and most people don't say IF a item can be missed. I keep farming because I feel like I need to buy every item before I move on or I'll miss them. I think I'm about to enter post game and would like to ask lol

Nothing is missable in this game (except few dungeon, but items from those places become available in certain place later on). Pretty much every item can be farmed or craft in post-game.

If you're looking to be a true completionist and want to get +3 on every item, make sure not to sell starter equipment. It tells you when you sell it, "You may never see this item again" or something to that effect.

I'm doing a full draconian run right now and apparently to make one of the best swords you need to sell something to a merchant and then buy a certain item a day after. That's pretty lame I gotta say. Will probably drop the no shops option once I hit post game.

I still wonder if there are any items bought from shops earlier in the game that become unavailable later on..
